Meet Corrie

Helping you discover clarity, purpose, and self-trust so you can revive your life.

You can remember a time…

when you felt confident and clear-headed, and overthinking and feeling adrift were not constant companions. Maybe life felt easier to manage then, but now, most days you can’t understand why you are not able to get it together.

Whether you're a woman balancing the pressures of societal standards and dating, a survivor of emotional abuse battling self-doubt and overwhelm, or an influencer seeking direction and agency in your career and life, you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate your journey toward empowerment.

How I work

At the core of my process is a belief that through increased consciousness we can create new life experiences.

I’m a dedicated psychodynamic therapist with a profound understanding of how past experiences shape current behaviors, thoughts, and emotional patterns. With a focus on the unconscious mind and its influence on day-to-day life, I work with individuals seeking to uncover deeper insights into their emotional world, build self-awareness, and heal from unresolved conflicts.

I take a proactive stance with clients, engaging directly with them to explore the ways in which early life experiences, relationships, and internal struggles may manifest in present-day struggles.

Together, we will explore difficult emotions, confront long-held beliefs, and find resolution in your life.

If you’re ready to explore the deeper layers of your emotional world and break free from patterns that no longer serve you, I offer a path toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

My Approach

With a foundation in compassion and cultural awareness, my approach combines active listening with strategic intervention, helping clients move from insight to action.

Our relationship is crucial in psychotherapy because it serves as the foundation for trust, collaboration, and emotional safety. That’s why it’s considered one of the most significant predictors of successful outcomes in therapy. I strive to foster a strong, positive connection between clients that allows for open communication, creating a space where you feel heard and valued as the expert of your own life. While I may guide the process, your experiences and perspectives shape the work we do together.

Whether working with individuals processing trauma or helping people discover who they are in the world, I maintain a focus on creating sustainable, meaningful change by nurturing the relationship we create together.

My Background

I’m no stranger to the stress and often, existential crisis, that happens for many of us at some point in our lives. For me, I was working a job in healthcare for 5 years that became dull and draining. To ease the edge of NYC and the endless questions I had for myself regarding my next career move while also balancing the stresses of dating and adulting in a big city, I found myself overindulging in food, booze, and the “party-girl” lifestyle. Deep down, I felt stuck, overwhelmed, broke, and confused about my future. My coping mechanisms got out of hand, which led me to a 20-pound weight gain coupled with insecurities about myself and my body.

I knew something had to change, so I dove into yoga, holistic wellness, and strength-training. This inspired a career move into the health/fitness industry and I became a yoga teacher and a NASM certified strength-trainer. I built a thriving business in NYC, made great money, was in the best physical shape of my life, and began a long-term relationship.

After feeling burnt out by the grind of NYC, I moved to LA to continue my career in the health/wellness industry working with people in-person and online, through my private online fitness and nutrition program. My life on the outside looked perfect-I was fit, healthy, had a solid career, and thriving relationship, but over time that nagging sense of doubt and insecurity returned and I found myself (again) unfulfilled and disenchanted about life.

ENTER PSYCHOTHERAPY.

Therapy helped me gain a new perspective about myself and my reality. I began to understand how my past had shaped and continues to shape who I am, my behaviors, and my unconscious beliefs about myself and my relationships. The search for self-understanding through psychotherapy techniques helped me cultivate inner trust and created healthier dynamics in my relationships. That process has been instrumental in my mental health, happiness, and sense of self.

My path to self-acceptance has been a long one, but all of those experiences have enriched my understanding of identity and personal growth and fueled my passion for supporting individuals through their unique challenges. By combining my personal insights and professional knowledge, I create a nurturing space where clients are encouraged to connect with their authentic selves, empowering them to create lasting transformation.
